With 18 years of comprehensive industry experience, Faris R. Nashashibi is a seasoned Civil Engineer and Project Manager dedicated to executing high-caliber construction and structural projects. After graduating from the University of Jordan in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, he commenced his distinguished career, contributing 14 years of vital expertise to the Ammoun Jordan Construction Company. During this tenure, he refined a rigorous approach to project life-cycle management, operational efficiency, and technical precision. In 2022, he transitioned from corporate leadership to realize an entrepreneurial vision, culminating in the establishment of his own firm, AMCC Jordan, in 2025. Today, as the founder and principal project manager of AMCC Jordan, he leverages nearly two decades of deep-rooted technical knowledge and field leadership to deliver exceptional, reliable engineering solutions that uphold the highest standards of the built environment.
waddah m. sharabi
With over two decades of sophisticated industry expertise, Waddah M. Sharabi is a distinguished Mechanical Engineer and Co-Founder of AMCC, specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and advanced construction management. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Thermal Power from the Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2005, he commenced his professional career with the Ammoun Jordan Construction Company. In 2010, he transitioned into entrepreneurship to establish a specialized MEP contracting firm, successfully delivering complex engineering infrastructure for high-profile national landmark developments, including the Abdali Boulevard and the Queen Alia International Airport. Driven by a strategic vision for comprehensive project execution and market expansion, he co-founded AMCC in 2025. Today, he directs the firm’s specialized MEP, HVAC, home automation, and power control systems, ensuring the seamless integration of technical engineering services with high-end civil and premium finishing works.
